At the core of this practice is the concept of somatic rewiring, which involves harnessing the body's innate ability to reorganize and heal itself. For three years, I've worked with Aida, who has guided me through profound transformations. She has a wide array of knowledge and experiences such as somatic practices, Ayurvedic diet, mediations, and yoga. She is well rounded guide who I have turned to for support in many areas. Through TRE and talk therapy, she supported me in reconnecting with my body and developing the confidence to trust myself. Aida's attuned energetic sensitivity ensures her presence and guidance during each session. She has empowered me to release and express long-buried childhood emotions. During intense life moments, Aida gently led me through self-inquiry, helping me discover a newfound trust and self-support I never knew was possible.
Like many people, i searched from a healer to healer looking for a way to deal with my chronic fatigue i suffered from for almost 2 decades.
When I started the somatic release with Aida, i was able to access very early childhood trauma that got activated in my 20's and due to not dealing with it properly caused my physical body to suffer. Aida helped me to regulate my nervous system within only months of working together by helping me incorporate Ayurvedic lifestyle with the healing of trauma and my life has changed ever since! So much gratitude!
I've been Aida's Yoga students for a couple of years when I finally went to one of her retreats in Croatia, "Rewild Yoursef" and it was something that i never experienced before. I released so much pain being in a marriage that was not good for me for many years, that the first thing i was able to do after i returned was had a courage to divorce and now a few years later im still so grateful for Aida's energy and love she gave to me while i was going through this process!

I've practiced Yoga with Aida for some months in Chiangmai, and i heard about her trauma work, so wanted to try it out as i really like her energy.
After a few weeks of doing this therapy with her, for the first time i became much more intimate with my girlfriend that although we've been together for some time i could not let her connect deeper with me, i've always felt numb. I was able to go deeper and open up which was already a sign to me that this stuff works!
