It really depends. This is individual work, people who just need to learn self regulation and process the acute and chronic stress in order to move forward usually need 8-12 sessions so they are fully ready to continue holding space for themselves and continue regulating their daily stress alone as the life never stops and there will be always new challenges and situations. the idea is that we learn not to cope but to regularly process and release the stress from the system.
Other people start to go deeper into the self work and continue working with me on other programs, such as Mindfulness coaching, that's available to you upon regulating your nervous system.
Other people need to work on their lifestyle changes, and we work with that as well.
We work once a week for 75minutes, in between sessions we have a feedback and it's the integration process in which we allow the system to rewire and receive the new information.
